Yesterday I took the train to Gothenburg to work with a workplace conflict that was affecting people in a negative way. I had the chance to interview some of the people involved before hand and then had the chance to spend two hours with some of them.

Today I had the privilege of talking to a group of leaders within the Stockholm City Mission. It was a group of great people that had good questions and thoughts during a full day of examining leadership.

I started out on a cruise ship from Stockholm and when the boat arrived in Finland the next morning a group of people boarded to whom I spoke about group dynamics.
We mixed theoretical presentations with some fun, challenging and cooperative exercises. We also had some good discussions on the topic of communication and cooperation.

Today I was invited to speak at the Luleå University of Technology about relationships. Me and my wife run a non-profit website, or actually two of them, on the topic of relationships.
